ইংরেজি Report লেখার সঠিক নিয়ম
Report শব্দের বাংলা অর্থ প্রতিবেদন বা কোন তথ্যের বা কোন ঘটনার বিবরণ। কোন সমস্যা বা কোন ঘটনার জন্য পত্রিকায় যে সংবাদ প্রকাশিত হয় তাহাই মূলতঃ report ।
report সাধারণতঃ দুই ধরণের হয়ে থাকে। যথাঃ
- General Reporting: কোন বিষয়ে তথ্য সমৃদ্ধ রেফারেন্স সম্বলিত যে প্রতিবেদন তাহাই মূলতঃ General Reporting
- News Reporting আর কোন ঘটনার আলোকে জনসাধারণকে পত্রিকার মাধ্যমে যে প্রতিবেদন প্রকাশ করা হয় তাহাই News Reporting
একটি report এর পাঁচটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ আছে যথাঃ
- Caption /Headline বা শিরোনামঃ অর্থাৎ report এর অবশ্যই একটি Caption /Headline বা শিরোনাম থাকতে হবে।
(b) Introduction (সূচনা): paragrph এর মত report এর একটা ভূমিকা থাকবে।
(c) Description (বর্ণনা): অতঃপর report যে বিষয়ের তার উপর একটি সংক্ষিপ্ত বর্ণনা থাকবে।
(d) Conclusion (উপসংহার): সর্বোপরি একটি Conclusion থাকবে।
এ ছাড়া Caption /Headline বা শিরোনাম এর পরই report লেখার শুরুতে একটি source বা উৎস, date বা তারিখ, এবং place বা স্থানের নাম উল্লেখ থাকবে।

Coronavirus is the name of an epidemic worldwide. It’s constantly spread through the air and the infected person. It came into the human body from the body of bats, hence it is also called an emerging virus.
Covid-19 is continuing its devastating in Bangladesh keeping pace with the whole world. Owing to the high expense of treatment, many patients are dying for not being able to carry out the cost. A doctor at Ibn Sina Hospital in the capital said, “The recent generic of covid-19 requires oxygen for the infected person. At present, many patients are unable to get oxygen due to the abnormal rise in the price of oxygen.” An infected patient at DMC said, “They have been receiving treatment at the hospital for 10 days, at a cost of around Tk 5 lakh. But the services aren’t satisfied them as per their demand.” Although the government is talking about adequate oxygen reserves, the reality is the opposite. Many a man has already stockpiled oxygen home to cope with emergencies. Although millions of people have already been vaccinated, many people still do not know anything about vaccination. Public health experts say, “There is no choice to get rid of this pandemic except maintaining hygiene. People need to be compelled to obey the rules of hygiene.”
To deal with Covid-19, the government needs to supply adequate oxygen, medical instruments and vaccines. People should maintain hygiene in the market, office and hospital.

Public health is now facing a major problem due to food adulteration. Foods are being adulterated with various noxious chemicals and sold to the consumers. A section of greedy businessmen is engaged in this illegal practice to make an immense profit.
Adulteration is not limited to only foods served at hotels and restaurants. A wide range of essential goods – such as fruits and vegetables are not left out of adulteration. Unscrupulous traders spray a kind of chemical on these perishable goods to keep them fresh for a long period. Innocent consumers are captive to these dishonest traders as they have no alternative but to buy these things. They suffer from various diseases after eating these items. The chairman of BSTI says, “They have recently laughed a drive across the country to stop adulteration food. The organization has already identified some restaurants, which were selling adulterated foods and being run in an unhygienic condition.” A high-profile mobile team of the Food Ministry seized a huge amount of adulterated food items from Karwan Bazar yesterday. The magistrate says, “They imposed fine on them and in some cases, nabbed a good many restaurant owners involved in this illegal practice.” But despite this drive, this social ill has not stopped.
Taking into account the dire consequence of food adulteration, the govt as well as different socio-cultural organizations should come forward to fight against food adulteration for making a healthy and happy nation.

When a vehicle usually collides with another whereas plying on road is named a road accident. In a very densely inhabited country like Bangladesh, road accidents square measure the foremost common daily occurrences.
Everyday news of road accidents is available as soon as the newspaper of Bangladesh is opened. Road accidents have become a part of our lives now. Road expert Dr. Monirul Islam said, “Unskilled drivers and narrow roads are mainly responsible for road accidents. Moreover, the number of road accidents is increasing day by day owing to the use of more rickshaws on the roads. Meanwhile, a survey has shown that the number of rickshaws on the roads of Dhaka is 2.8 times more than the demand. Moreover, traffic lights on most of the roads in Dhaka have been null and void for a long time. Asked about this, the police commissioner says, “We have improved the traffic system a lot. Even if there are no traffic lights, it is not a massive issue.” We observed that many people are crossing the road outside of using the zebra crossing and many are not using the foot-overbridge. These act as directrix for road accidents.
The government and the people have to work hand in hand to prevent road accidents otherwise all our hopes will be nipped in the bud.

The Celebration of (- — by Rangpur City College Was celebrated at the college yesterday. The college campus was beautifully decorated with a flag, Banners, and festoons of a variety of colors. The invited guests, teachers, and students of the College was present on the function. The (——deputy commissioner ..) was the chief guest and the principal the college Chaired the ceremony. The formal function was started at (———-10 am).The function was started with the of the holy Quran. The chief guest, as well as other guests, hoisted the national flag. The national anthem was sung by the students of this college in the discussion. The speakers focused on the significance of the (…. ). All of them showed respect towards the valiant songs of our soil who laid down there lives make country free. The students presented various programmed like dance, song, drama etc.
The chief guest gave a very motivating speech on this occasion about the role of youth. The students were given prizes. There was a big crowd. There was great enthusiasm among the students and they were looking highly spirited. It was an unforgettable programmed. Sweet and biscuits were given away to all. The program ended up at (4 p.m ) with the speech of the headmaster. He thanked the chief and all.
